Your Responsibilities
This role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth across new and existing business through events, digital campaigns, and close collaboration with our US sales team and channel partners. You’ll be the go-to person for sales reps and members of the marketing team and responsible for bringing our global marketing strategy to life in the US market. You will work closely with our Global Demand Generation Manager, who focuses on campaign strategy and systems, while you take ownership of execution and regional impact. The role is reporting into the VP Marketing.
Lead US field marketing to drive pipeline growth, owning programs that support both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts while ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech Alliances, and Channel partners to align on target accounts, event strategies, follow-up plans, and co-marketing initiatives that strengthen regional pipeline impact.
Execute regional campaigns and events across digital, in-person, and virtual formats, managing promotion, logistics, vendors, and timelines to deliver effective, high-impact experiences.
Track and optimize performance by monitoring key metrics, reporting on engagement and pipeline contribution, and continuously refining activities to improve results.
Our Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech
Proven experience executing events or field marketing programs
Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
Experience working with or supporting sales teams
Knowledge of Account Based Marketing & Account penetration (up-sell & cross sell)
Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot is a MUST; HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on performance & cost (ROI)
Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region and internationally.
