VMRay is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (M/F/D) to lead new business acquisition and drive expansion revenue within enterprise accounts in the US. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a person with proven cybersecurity sales expertise who thrives in complex enterprise environments and can effectively communicate the value of cutting-edge threat detection solutions to CISOs, SOC leaders, and CTI teams.
The ideal candidate (M/F/D) is a hunting personality at heart, with a track record of exceeding quotas, has existing and builds trusted relationships at the management level, and closing large deals in the cybersecurity SaaS space. You’re highly self-motivated, resourceful, have excellent communication skills, a work ethic beyond all those around you and eager to be part of an innovative, fast-growing company that’s redefining how organizations protect themselves from advanced threats. Your ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and articulate the value of cybersecurity solutions effectively is essential. Your Responsibilities
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals to continue our explosive growth.

  • Build, manage, and own a high-value robust pipeline in your Northeast US/New England territory.

  • Drive expansion within strategic accounts by uncovering and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Engage at the highest levels with CISOs, SOC & CERT leaders, and senior decision-makers to communicate VMRay’s value proposition.

  • Apply solution selling techniques to align our capabilities with customer pain points and desired outcomes.

  • Navigate complex buying cycles and guide stakeholders through the decision-making process using mutual action plans.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEs, Product, Marketing and Legal to craft winning strategies.

  • Travel frequently within the region to meet clients and partners and represent VMRay at industry events.

  • Use in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to emphasize our unique selling propositions and differentiators

Our Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful experience in SaaS cybersecurity sales, specifically enterprise accounts with a proven track record.

  • Strong network of enterprise contacts within the TBD region.

  • Expertise in full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close.

  • Proven ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders.

  • Skilled at managing multiple complex deals simultaneously without sacrificing detail or follow-through.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and threat detection.

  • Ability to quickly learn new processes

  • Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
