We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (M/F/D) who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing innovative programs that will increase their value in our platform, Servies and Products, maximize our expansion potential, minimize our compression, and churn rates.  
A Customer Success Manager’s (M/F/D) responsibilities include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, driving time to first value and building close relationships that often go beyond the implementation and throughout the entire customer lifecycle. 
You will collaborate directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and promote the adoption of VMRay throughout the adjacent security focused departments and teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Establish clear client retention goals including the timeline for implementation

  • Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward 

  • Assist customers with setting up and fine tuning their implementation of the VMRay solution 

  • Promote the value of the product

  • Expand client's usage to include other services and products offered by VMRay

  • Promote value throughout the customer journey

  • Assist in creating training, educational materials and communications to ensure that the customer is experiencing the value of the solution

  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience working closely with VMRay Customer Support

Our Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the IT industry

  • Cybersecurity or SaaS industry knowledge preferred

  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer success techniques 

  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the products and/or services  

  • Accountability and personal organization are essential with CRM, CSP and other customer management platforms

  • Experience in working with a diverse global group according to company standards

  • A communications or marketing degree is preferred
